To report illegal content, use the report function in the app or on the page of a shared film, or write to contact@klapday.com. This address is also our point of contact for authorities and for users under the Digital Services Act; you can write to us in French or in English.

Disputes

If you are a consumer in the European Union and a complaint to us did not settle a dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Write to contact@klapday.com and we will tell you which mediator is competent.
